Shipping

Products ordered usually ships in 1-4 and courier delivers it in 3 to 8 days. Embrioded/Screen Print/Tie N Die items may take 3 to 8 days more.

ALL PRICES ARE INCLUSIVE OF VAT AND CUSTOM DUTIES

Defective Item

We pride ourselves in having high quality merchandise. If there is a defect in your order, please let us know, we will issue a credit or we will replace it with your next order.


Return Criteria

 In order to return an item, the item must be in original, unwashed, unworn condition, with the tags still attached if any. Embroideried or altered items are non exhangeable,non returnable and non refundable.Returns must be sent back with the original packing slip, and the return authorization number typed or printed clearly on the packing slip. That's it! If you don't like the color, or the size isn't just right, or if you just changed your mind, you can send it back, no questions asked!.re-stocking Fee $2.5 for first item and $.5 additional item will be charged, shipping charges will not be refunded.. Please note, if an item is sent back to us that is not in original condition (e.g. tags not attached, washed, worn) we cannot accept it for return, and we cannot guarantee that it can be returned to you .  When sending return items please send through a courier that has delivery confirmation so that we receive the return items.If the customer do not receive/accept shipment because of any reason whatsoever than that shipment will be treated as return shipment and amount paid will be returned after deduction of both ways freight. Where free shipping is used shipping charges for one way will be deducted @ 20% of the order total. Returning or Exchanging a Gift We cannot credit anyone other than the original credit card holder in the event of a return. If you have received an item as a gift, and you would like to return it, you have two options. You can contact the person who gave you the gift, and have them arrange a return, or you can contact us directly with the original order number of your item, or name of the person who purchased it for you, and we can issue you a return authorization. Once the items are received, we can issue you a gift certificate for the purchase price of the items returned..

Return Authorization

 In order to return an item, please send us an e-mail at info@rmfscrubs.com with order number and articles to be returned within 15 days of delivery so that return authorization number and return address can be provided. If you are returning items from multiple orders please request a return authorization number for each individual order separately. We will issue a return authorization for any reason; however, we absolutely WILL NOT accept unauthorized returns. Returns that are sent back without an authorization number, or are not sent to the correct Return Center address, will not be returned to you, and your account will not be credited, no exceptions will be made.

Exchanges

 When merchandise is received and processed than your exchange pieces will be shipped.

 Return Processing Times

 It takes only few days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit only if you like. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service. Shortages or Incorrect Orders All claims for shortages or incorrect orders must be presented to us by fax, email, within 5 business days from receipt of your order. (Be sure to include the order number, item, and your name.)

Order Cancellations

Order can  be cancelled against cancellation charge of  6% provided they are not taking into despatch department otherwise further charges will be required for cancellation which can be informed after checking the status of the order. Order that are shipped can not be cancelled we are happy to accept your return once you receive your items. Please consult our return policy. . All cancellations require confirmation from our customer service department We must tell you that the order has been cancelled. Orders shipped and refused / returned by the customer will still be charged as per our return policy. Orders which have already been submitted to our embroidery company cannot be cancelled.
