HOW TO ORDER AT RMF SCRUBS

Thanks for coming to our site, you can order as follows

1) Order online from website, just add items to the cart, enter your details and click google checkout to make payment. What is google checkout ??

2) Order by phone, just call us at 800 284 4381 , our operator will take your call , and you can just tell what you want  we will then send you a google payment request for you to pay your order amount.

3) You can also Fax your orders at 800 284 4381 , with the product name, colour and size for the products, along wih your email address , so that we can send you google payment request on your email

4) Risk of Loss
All items purchased from .RMFSCRUBS.COM are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Q: Is it safe to purchase online with my Credit or Debit Card?
A: Absolutely, we use google checkout.
 
Q: Colour is not exactly is as per picture?
A: As different monitors show different colours, so there will be some variation from actual garment colour with the picture shown on the website.
 
 Q: Do you carry a specific color/size/style?
 A: All of the items we carry are on our online site. Take a look through the different collections to find what you are looking for, or, you can browse by solid scrubs ,print scrubs. If you have trouble finding a certain item, feel free to use our Contact Us form, and ask us to help you!
 
  Q: How do I know my size?
 A: Check sizechart option on upper right area in which it is clearly mentioned that which size body belongs to which size, take measurements of your chest, waist and hip and look into our measurement chart to see in which size you belong and according to your height . If you have additional questions, you are welcome to contact us. via email or live chat.
  Q:What about the packing of the goods?
 A: We take utmost care for the pieces count. As we divide the packing in polybags, and we mention how pany pcs per polybag. So the chance is very minimal that a single piece get missed from packing.
  Q: How can I tell if the item I am purchasing is in stock?
 A:We always have all items ready for our customer. We never make wait our customer. .
 
 Q: What forms of payment do you accept? Can I send you a cheque?
A: We accept payment through credit cards from google checkout. Sorry at this moment we do not accept payment by cheques.

Q: I changed my mind, can I change or cancel my order?
A: No you can not change or cancel the order. Thanks to our lightning fast order processing technology, your order will start processing  moments after you place it therefore it is very very hard to stop or change it  any way we will definately try  to stop or change it for you and will let you know whatever is the outcome, pls send your request for cancellation or change through e-mail. 
 Q: Will you ship to my PO box or Military APO/FPO address?
A:  Yes we ship using USPS .
 
Q: Do you ship to locations outside the 48 continental United States?
 A: Yes we ship.
 
  Q: How long does it take orders to ship? How long until they are delivered?
  A: Orders received before 11 am NewYork time,are mostly shipped the same day.
(all weekdays, excepting holidays and weekend days) .Once orders have shipped, they can take between 2-4 days using USPS or UPS ground.
Q: How can I track my Order?
A: Once your order ships, you will be emailed with a Tracking Number. You can use this number on courier website.Since orders take 1 to 2 business days to ship, you may not receive a tracking number for a few days after you order, especially if you order directly before, or during, a weekend. Please be patient. If you have not received a tracking number for more than 3 business days after you placed your order, please contact us and we will be happy to help you get your number.

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: We do not have a catalog available for mailing at this time. All of our items are available for your viewing on our website, and we hope you will take advantage of our huge selection online!

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

A: RMFSCRUBS.COM does not currently charge sales tax. from customers, therefore customers can safe sales tax by buying from us.

Q: I've written to customer support, but I haven't received a response! Why?

A: This could be for a few reasons. Customer Support usually responds within 24 hours but sometimes may take up to 72 hours. Also, make sure you add info@rmfscrubs.com to your address book and check your junk mail folder!
